UPDATE on the new for 2010 Enkei PF01 which you've seen
here before.
You can also check out the
Enkei Racing and Tuning Line brochure for 2010.
I was really excited for the release of this wheel and am actually a bit disappointed. The 15x7 +35 RPF1 weighs in at 9.9lbs. According to the
Enkei Racing and Tuning Catalog for 2010, the PF01 of the same spec was listed at 12lbs. I fear what the 15x8 will weigh. How will it compete with
949Racing's 2nd Generation 6UL in almost identical spec (15x8 +36) and weighing in at only 12.4lbs?
Hmm...
"The PF01 is engineered to exceed the RPF1’s weight benefit, taking Enkei’s light-weight racing wheel line to the next level."The larger wheels do actually become lighter than similar spec RPF1s.
